PLATO

Plato supports company owners and executives by facilitating the exchange of business experiences and best practices. Originally developed in Belgium in 1988, it has since been implemented all over Western Europe.

How it works:
  • Business owners and executives form groups of around 12 individuals
  • These groups meet once a month to discuss business management issues defined by the groups
  • The group meetings are chaired by a “parent” company. A typical parent company is a large or multinational enterprise (MNE) that provides facilities and experts
